The Wattenden Arms is a much-loved traditional country pub and eatery tucked away in the leafy area of Kenley, in south London (historically part of Surrey). We would love to welcome you to discover our beautiful pub for yourself…
Wattenden Arms, Old Lodge Lane, Kenley, Surrey CR8 5EU
The Wattenden Arms was built over 150 years ago. We are a hidden gem close to the famous Kenley Aerodrome. Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley.
Today we serve the local and wider community, walkers, cyclists and four legged friends: offering breakfast every Saturday & Sunday from 9am, Lunch & Supper 7 days a week and a refreshing range of lager, ale & wines. For the passer by a takeaway coffee and freshly made sausage roll always awaits.
We have a comfortable courtyard for relaxing and a large car park for the exclusive use of our customers – we invite all guests to input their car registration at the bar.
